Behind every restoration is a craftsman who cares. Dave Chermak has been serving the dental community with excellence since 1996. With a degree in Dental Technology, Dave is passionate about precision, artistry and ongoing education. His craftsmanship and attention to detail has earned him a reputation for delivering beautiful, reliable restorations and trusted service to dental professionals nationwide.

Dave is a proud veteran and served in the Air Force for four years. When he's not working, you can find him jet skiing, golfing, downhill skiing, hanging out with his family or going on dates with his wife Leslie.

Leslie Chermak

CFO, Office Manager

Leslie skillfully wears many hats at Platinum and is also wife to Dave. When she's not organizing the books for the business, she is helping to make sure the office is running smoothly and efficiently.

Drew Chermak

Lab Technician

Drew, technician and daughter to Dave, started her job at Platinum Dental four years ago. She loves hands on work and is passionate about the art of assisting in the creation of crowns and bridges.

Brooke Chermak

Marketing Director

Brooke, daughter to Dave, started as a technician and now runs Platinum's media outlets and well as assisting in client relations. She loves people and organization.
